Conditions of Use

The following autographs are available for purchase at the quoted price (EURO) including 19% VAT but plus postage and plus any bank charges for customers abroad).
The offers on this list are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will be dealt with in the order of receipt.
As each autograph is normally only available once, we recommend that you provide alternative numbers in the event that it has already been sold. Delivery is at the risk and cost of the recipient. Orders for persons unknown to us must be paid in advance.
We guarantee the authenticity of the autographs. Claims are only possible up to the actual amount invoiced and will only be admitted within 14 days of the invoice date. We are not obliged to provide compensation delivery.
The autographs remain our property until receipt of full payment in accordance with § 455 BGB (German Code of Common Law).
The place of settlement and the courts of jurisdiction for both parties (with respect to the rulings of law) are exclusively in Krefeld.
By placing an order the customer acknowledges the above terms and conditions as binding.
